Bird's Nest---pumpkin Vermicelli Crisp

Ingredients: Pumpkin

Ingredients: vermicelli (to be crushed)

Crush the fans and work hard

Cut pumpkin into small pieces and steam for 10 minutes

Remove the excess water (as little as possible), add sugar and mash it into a puree

Add glutinous rice flour (not too much is better), mix well

Stir thoroughly and set aside

Grab a shape and wrap the fans evenly, the shape is up to personal preference.

I wrapped a bird's nest and three long strips

Fry it in a hot oil pan under 50%. When frying, be sure to flip it with chopsticks to avoid over-frying.

Look at the finished picture, the pumpkin inside the outer crisp is sweet, very good!
Tips:
Try to dry the pumpkin as much as possible and put less glutinous rice flour, because the vermicelli is easy to cook when fried.
