Bird's Nest Tremella Lily Soup

Prepare the ingredients

Soak all the ingredients in water (about 5 hours)

Boil the lotus seeds in cold water. The lotus seeds are more resistant to ripening. It takes a little longer, about 30 minutes.

Tips:
If you stew in a casserole, the taste will be better. I don’t have natural gas at home, so I can only use an ordinary pot. I suggest you stew in a casserole~~
