Everyone knows the benefits of bird's nest for women. Lily, white fungus, and red dates are all good foods for women to nourish their skin. Whether it is during pregnancy, confinement, or daily maintenance, they are all favored by women. Today, for everyone I offer a soup that I make myself, and I eat it frequently. The benefits of beauty, beauty, freckle removal, and weight loss will not be introduced.

Ingredients

Bird's Nest Tremella Lily Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Soak all the ingredients in water (about 5 hours)

3. Pour out the water and wash the ingredients

4. I was worried that everyone could not see clearly, so I deliberately changed the bird's nest bowl to green. Here is a big picture to show you the bird's nest

5. Boil the lotus seeds in cold water. The lotus seeds are more resistant to ripening. It takes a little longer, about 30 minutes.

6. Stew for 30 minutes, add white fungus and lily

7. Add yellow rock sugar and simmer for 30 minutes

8. Add bird's nest (note: bird's nest should not be simmered for too long, 20-30 minutes is best)

9. Add red dates and bird's nest and stew together

10. Put a little medlar before serving

11. You're done

12. I stew a lot at a time, then put it in a fresh-keeping jar and keep it in the refrigerator. I eat one bowl every morning, which is the amount for 3 days.

Tips:

If you stew in a casserole, the taste will be better. I don’t have natural gas at home, so I can only use an ordinary pot. I suggest you stew in a casserole~~
