Bitter Bitter Duck Foot Soup

Duck feet blanched and rinsed

Peel and wash bitter lotus, peel and cut tomatoes

Minced ginger

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add duck feet, bitter curd, ginger and boil over high heat, skim off the floating powder, simmer for 1 hour on low heat

Add tomato cubes

Cover and continue to simmer for 1 hour
