The pork belly that has enough water is rinsed with cold water, and the excess fat on the inner wall is scraped off with a knife. Cut into slices

Peel and wash bitter lotus, peel and cut tomato, slice ginger

Add the right amount of water to the pot, add the blanched stick bones and ginger slices

Then add duck feet and cut pork belly, boil over high heat and skim the floating powder, simmer for 2 hours on low heat

Tips:
1. The pork belly must be washed with salt and flour several times until there is no mucus on the surface and no peculiar smell. The fat in the pork belly must be removed so that the soup is fresh. If the pork belly is not cleaned, the soup will be strange. Taste, in addition to washing pork belly with salt and flour, you can also wash pork belly with salt and vinegar;
