Bitter Gourd Carrot Shredded Pork

Wash all the ingredients and cut them for later use. Tear the stewed meat into small pieces.

Put the oil in the pot and preheat for two minutes, then add the chopped green onion and all-spice powder until fragrant.

Add bitter gourd, carrots, braised pork, and salt, stir and fry for 2 minutes.

Sprinkle some water and stir fry for two minutes.
Tips:
You don’t need to sprinkle water if you like harder ones.
