Eat dumplings, as long as you like to eat them, anytime. The fillings of dumplings are varied. As long as they are matched properly, it is fun to make some alternatives. Because bitter gourd can remove evil and heat, relieve fatigue, clear the heart and improve the eyesight. It moisturizes the skin and also has detoxification effects; therefore, this dumpling has a therapeutic effect, and it feels so comfortable after eating a sweet throat; in addition to the Chinese style, I also like to pair it with Japanese soy sauce and mustard. It's also delicious.

Bitter Gourd Dumplings

1. Bitter melon, minced pork belly, carrot, dumpling skin

2. Bitter gourd chopped and blanched until broken

3. After blanching, rinse thoroughly with cold water and set aside

4. Marinated pork belly with seasoning

5. Add some sesame oil and mix well

6. Take a dumpling wrapper and roll it out with a flour stick

7. Put in the meat, fold the dumpling wrapper in half and knead it in the middle

8. Pinch the four corners tightly

9. Trim into a quadrangular shape (put more meat on the corners of the dumplings to stand upright)

10. Put the dumplings on a greased dish, spray some water on the dumplings (if you use a steamer, you don’t need to spray water), put it in the pot and cover

11. Steam for about 10 minutes, serve

12. Dip it with Japanese soy sauce and wasabi
