Bitter Gourd Fried Pork

Wash the tenderloin and cut into slices of about 3 mm. Mix the Knorr chicken powder and starch into the meat slices. Marinate for 10 minutes to make the meat more watery and juicy.

Tips:
1. Bitter melon is blanched with hot water to reduce the bitterness. If you can accept its bitterness, you can omit this step and do not need to blanch the hot water.
