Bitter Gourd Fried Pork

First wash the bitter gourd to remove the seed core, slice or block (personal preference) soak in salt water for 20 minutes, then rinse with water and drain

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and tempeh, stir fry, add pork, stir fry, change color, add bitter gourd, stir fry

Stir fry for 1-2 minutes, add salt and chicken noodles

Put an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir fry
Tips:
When buying bitter gourd, don’t buy it that is too ripe. It is easy to cook quickly when it is fried. You can also stir-fry for a few minutes before it is out of the pot. It also depends on your taste preference. I have cooked it for a long time.
