Bitter Gourd Lean Meat Soup

Prepare the materials

Cut the bitter melon into thick slices with an oblique knife, slightly chop the candied dates, flatten the ginger, slice the lean meat, add oil and salt and marinate for 10 minutes

Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add ginger and candied dates

After boiling, add the bitter melon and boil for 10 minutes

Add lean meat, cover and cook for about 10 minutes

Add salt to taste

Serve out and enjoy
Tips:
Don’t put the lean meat too early. If you put it too early, it will make scum.
