Bitter Gourd Pork Ribs Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients, ribs, bitter gourd, and ginger, and clean them.

2. Beat ginger slices, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, add ribs to remove fishy.

3. Treat the bitter gourd, remove the head and tail, and cut into a circle about 1 cm thick.

4. Remove the bitter gourd's heart and form a hollow bitter gourd.

5. Pour the ribs into the casserole.

6. Add two large bowls of water.

7. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and simmer for an hour and a half.

8. Add bitter gourd and continue to simmer for half an hour. Add 1.5 tablespoons of salt before turning off the heat.

Tips:

1. When removing the bitter gourd heart, you can dig it with a stainless steel spoon, which will save a lot of trouble;
