In the cool summer, drink some bitter gourd pork ribs soup, which can reduce the heat and quench your thirst. I highly recommend it ⁽⁽٩( ´͈ ᗨ `͈ )۶⁾⁾

Ingredients

Bitter Gourd Pork Ribs Soup

1. Cut the ribs and wash them, add oil, starch, and a little more salt than usual for cooking, and marinate them for about 30 minutes to make salty ribs.

2. Cut a piece of ginger and bitter gourd for later use.

3. Dry the pan, put the ginger slices down and start the pan.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil into the pot, add bitter gourd and stir fry a little.

5. Add boiling water to the pot, pour in the amount you want to drink, cover the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes.

6. Put the marinated salty ribs into the pot with the bitter gourd, cover and cook for 15-25 minutes.

7. Out of the pot~~

Tips:

There is no special skill, but the ribs should be fresh and tender, it will be very delicious! After making it, you can chop up small red peppers, soy sauce and a little bit of oil to make a soy sauce dish for dipping ribs. It's super delicious!
