Bitter Gourd Pork Ribs Soup

Soy beans are soaked overnight in advance.

Remove the seeds of bitter gourd and cut into pieces, sprinkle with salt and squeeze out the bitter water, wash and set aside.

Rinse the ribs with water and set aside.

Put all the ingredients in the pot.
5.
Add appropriate amount of water and vinegar.
6.
Turn to low heat and cook for 50 minutes.
7.
Finally add salt to taste.
Tips:
People with deficiency of the spleen and stomach should not eat more or raw bitter gourd.
