Bitter Gourd Stuffed Meat

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water overnight.

Wash the bitter gourd, cut into sections and remove the seeds.

Let salt marinate for 1 hour, and drain the water for later use.

Finely chop shiitake mushrooms and green onion. Drain the soaked glutinous rice and mix with shiitake mushrooms, white onion, and minced meat.

Add pepper, salt, light soy sauce, and mix well.

Fill the meat with bitter gourd and compact it.

Put the stuffed bitter gourd in the steamer, steam for about 30 minutes, and it will be fully cooked.
Tips:
If there is enough time, the bitter gourd will taste better if it is fried for a while and then steamed.
