Mix a plate of bitter gourd to remove the fire.
The bitter gourd that clears the heat and removes the fire is the most popular this season. After the bitter gourd is blanched in water, it is topped with a spicy sauce neutralized with salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and olive oil. The taste is quite good. The slightly spicy, numb and sweet taste is very suitable for home diners.

Bitter Gourd with Spicy Sauce

1. Wash the bitter gourd

2. Bitter gourd

3. Bitter gourd cut into strips

4. Add water to the boiling pot and a little salt

5. Add a little oil

6. Bitter melon blanched in the pot

7. After blanching the bitter gourd, put it in cold boiling water to cool too much

8. Take out the bitter gourd after cooling down and drain the water

9. Add salt to the bowl

10. Add sugar

11. Add light soy sauce and stir evenly

12. Add the spicy sauce and stir well

13. Add olive oil and stir evenly into a spicy sauce

14. Put the drained bitter gourd on the plate

15. Pour the spicy sauce on the bitter gourd and enjoy

Tips:

1. Bitter melon blanched in light oil brine can remove bitterness and reduce nutrient loss.
2. Spicy sauce is modulated according to personal taste.
