Bitter Gourd with Tahini Sauce

Wash the bitter gourd.

Cut the bitter gourd into circles and remove the flesh.

Bitter melon is blanched in a pot.

Remove and put it in cold boiling water, let it cool, and drain the water.

Put sesame paste and sugar in a bowl to make evenly.

Add salt to adjust evenly.

Add light soy sauce and adjust evenly.

Put the bitter gourd on the plate.

Drizzle the prepared sesame paste, then sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds and enjoy.
