Bitter Melon Mixed with Jellyfish

Ingredients: bitter gourd.

Jellyfish (washed clean).

Minced garlic and chopped pepper.
4.
White vinegar, sesame oil.

Wash the bitter gourd.

Put it on the chopping board and cut, remove the flesh, and cut into slices.

Then, put the sliced bitter gourd into boiling water, blanch it and remove it.

Use cold boiled water to cool too much.

Then, control the moisture of the bitter gourd which is too cold.

Then, add the jellyfish, add the minced garlic and chopped pepper.

Finally, add some salt, chicken essence, white vinegar and sesame oil.
