Bitter Melon with Clams

Cut the ginger onion, remove the seeds and slice the bitter gourd

Heat up a frying pan, add the chopped green onion and shredded ginger, add bitter gourd and stir fry

Add a small amount of water, light soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt, stir fry and cook for 2 minutes

Put the washed clams and stir fry
