Bitter Thorn Flower Meatloaf

Grind the foreleg meat finely

Wash the bitter thorn flower, boil it with boiling water, then rinse it with water, dry it and set aside.

Mix the minced meat, bitter thorn flower, salt, pepper, and ginger powder together to form a small meatloaf, set aside.

Bring the water to a boil, put the meatloaf in a steamer and steam.
Tips:
Just change the color on both sides of the meatloaf, so that the steamed meatloaf is fragrant and tender
