It's the New Year, and you have to eat meat, let's have a bite of fried steamed buns!

It’s been a long time since we had steamed buns, so let’s try the fried steamed buns during the holidays!

Seeing the eyes of the two little ghosts waiting to eat, I can't bear to take a few more shots, let's satisfy the stomach of the little friend first.

Fried Buns

1. Yeast blooms with warm water;

2. Beat the eggs into the flour;

3. Pour the melted yeast into the flour slowly, stir with chopsticks while pouring, and add an appropriate amount of water to knead into a smooth and even dough, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment;

4. Chop ginger and garlic, add about 100ML of water;

5. Wash the chives and chop;

6. Cut the front leg meat into small cubes;

7. Pour the water soaked in ginger and garlic into the diced meat, add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, and stir evenly in one direction;

8. The fermented dough is divided into 20 doses of equal size,

9. Pack all the buns;

10. Wash the frying pan and add a little oil;

11. After the oil is hot, change the heat to a low heat, add the steamed buns, and fry slowly;

12. Fry the other side, sprinkle chopped green onion after frying,

Tips:

1. The amount of water added for each type of flour is different, it is recommended to add water slowly to prevent excessive,
2. In the process of frying, use low heat to fry slowly, otherwise the frying will burn off, and the meat inside will not be cooked yet.
