Stir-fried Pork with Garlic

Thinly slice the front leg meat.

Put the soy sauce, cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a bowl. Grab it with your hands and set aside.

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections for later use.

Chop garlic and set aside.
