#春食野菜香#bitter Vegetable Stewed Tofu

Pick and wash the bitter vegetables for later use

Cut the tofu into small pieces, I'm used to cut into long cubes

Bring water to a boil, add tofu, bitter vegetables, appropriate amount of salt, and simmer for five to ten minutes.

Pour in sesame oil when out of the pan, sprinkle some chopped green onion on it, simple and delicious
Tips:
This dish will be a bit bitter. If you don’t like it, you can blanch the bitter vegetables in water in advance and soak them in water for a few hours to reduce the bitterness a lot.
