Bittersweet Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the bitter lotus, peel off the kelp and soak the hair

Boil the ribs and rinse well
3.
Add the right amount of water to the pot, add the blanched ribs and ginger slices

Add dried peppers and green onions, add shredded kelp
5.
After the fire is boiled, the floating particles are discarded

Bring to a boil and cover, turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour

1. Simmering at low heat can make the soup more nutritious
2. The ribs need to be blanched to make the soup clear
