Black Bean and Wheat Porridge

Ingredients: 30 grams of black beans, 30 grams of wheat kernels, 100 grams of japonica rice, 5 jujubes, appropriate amount of water

Wash black beans, wheat kernels, and japonica rice with water, wash and cut the jujube, and put them in a large bowl.

Tips:
I was too lazy to find the original stew cup and replaced it with a large bowl.
This porridge is taken 2-3 times a day, warm and hot, 3-5 days as a course of treatment
