In late autumn, the weather slowly became dry. I find that hair loss is particularly serious this season, maybe a bowl of soup will help you solve the problem. Because the temperature drops, the blood circulation of the scalp decreases, and the supply of nutrients to the hair follicles of the scalp also decreases, so it is easy to lose hair this season. Black beans and red dates have the functions of nourishing the kidneys and blood, growing and nourishing hair. Drinking a bowl of steaming black bean bone soup can nourish your stomach and condition your hair. It's another weekend tomorrow, so get up quickly.

Ingredients

Black Bean Bone Soup

1. Prepare ingredients: pork bones (please chop it up when you buy them), black beans, peanuts, red dates

2. Wash the peanuts and black beans and soak them in water for about half an hour.

3. Rinse the pig bones a little bit, boil it in a pot with clean water, and remove the soup after boiling to remove the bloody smell. Do not use the water for boiling the pig bones.

4. Put the casserole in half a pot of cold water, put the blanched pork bones, peanuts, and black beans in it, and add a few slices of ginger.

5. Cover the pot and set the soup button to cook the ingredients.

6. Finally, when there is half an hour left, pour the red dates into the pot and boil them until soft.

7. Season with salt and it's ready to be served.

Tips:

The pork bones are boiled in the soup, first blanched to remove the bloody smell, and then boiled in a casserole with all the ingredients. This way, the boiled bone soup is sweet and delicious, without interesting odors, and has a particularly good taste. Red dates do not need to be boiled for too long, put them in the last half an hour, and boil them slightly.
