Rinse the pig bones a little bit, boil it in a pot with clean water, and remove the soup after boiling to remove the bloody smell. Do not use the water for boiling the pig bones.
4.
Put the casserole in half a pot of cold water, put the blanched pork bones, peanuts, and black beans in it, and add a few slices of ginger.
5.
Cover the pot and set the soup button to cook the ingredients.
6.
Finally, when there is half an hour left, pour the red dates into the pot and boil them until soft.
7.
Season with salt and it's ready to be served.
Tips:
The pork bones are boiled in the soup, first blanched to remove the bloody smell, and then boiled in a casserole with all the ingredients. This way, the boiled bone soup is sweet and delicious, without interesting odors, and has a particularly good taste. Red dates do not need to be boiled for too long, put them in the last half an hour, and boil them slightly.
