Black Bean Chicken Feet Soup

Prepare the required materials. (Soak black beans with water one night in advance).

Tips:
1. When black beans are soaked, the color will fade and the water color will deepen, which is normal.
2. If the color fades after just washing or the water color is very dark when soaking, it may be fake.
3. Because black beans are more expensive and black kidney beans are cheaper, some illegal vendors use black kidney beans as black beans.
4. The inner kernel of black beans is yellow or green, and the inner kernel of kidney beans is white.
