Black Bean Duck Bone Pot

Wash the black beans and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.

Tear the duck bones into small pieces.

Pour the black beans into the inner pot of the rice cooker together with the water in which the black beans are soaked.

Put the duck bones into the inner pot of the rice cooker and add ginger slices.

Add appropriate amount of water, put the Jingjiang sauce inside the rice cooker, close the lid, and turn on the electric cooker.

Wash the carrots and cut them into slices.

Boil the black beans until cooked and add the carrots.

3. Turn off the power after 4 minutes and add salt.
9.
Add pepper.

Stir well and serve.
Tips:
1. The duck is cool in nature, so add some ginger slices when boiling the soup.
2. The pepper can remove fishy and improve freshness.
