Black Bean Gastrodia Chicken Soup

The old hen was slaughtered, washed, and chopped into pieces for later use.

Rinse sliced ginger, wolfberry, gastrodia elata, angelica, red dates, and black beans with clean water and set aside.

Boil the chicken nuggets in a pot of boiling water.

Put the blanched chicken nuggets in the pressure cooker (time is too late, so use the pressure cooker, hehe!).

Pour the washed herbs (don't put goji berries) into the pressure cooker.

After the pressure cooker is aired, change to low heat for about 40 minutes. Put the wolfberry in the pot and season with salt.
Tips:
Don't put other condiments. I like the original soup, it's also very strong and delicious. If you put a few pieces of pork bones, it will have a richer taste ~ stronger than the soup with only chicken nuggets.
