Black Bean Lotus Root Pork Ribs Soup

Wash the ribs, boil the water, add the ribs to blanch, defoam, and remove the blood, remove and drain the water for later use; PS: You can add a proper amount of rice wine

Soak black beans for 1 hour, remove and drain, set aside;

Tips:
1. The ribs should be boiled in water and blanched so that the soup is not muddy;
2. The black beans should be soaked;
3. If you don't have a pressure cooker, you can use an ordinary pot, but the time is slightly different;
4. You can add proper amount of rice wine when blanching ribs
