Nowadays, people are eating more and more refined food, and they can't help but miss the days when they used to have thick tea and light rice. One day I inadvertently passed by a shop called "The Granary of the World". Although the shop is not big, the rice noodles inside are very full. What surprised me is that this shop actually has a small machine for processing rice noodles. This is not what I want. What are you looking for? I am as happy as I have discovered a new world. Thinking of many kinds of noodles made by rice friends with whole grains, I immediately bought black beans for the store to process into flour, and made this black bean noodle bun. It's really incredible to say that the noodles made from black beans are green, and the color of steamed buns seems to be gray. The steamed buns just out of the pot are hot, and you will smell a faint aroma of beans after a bite.
