Black Bean Paste

Soak the black beans overnight in advance

Tips:
1. If you want the red bean paste to be fine, the cooking time should be enough, and it can be easily crushed
2. If there is no wall breaking machine or cooking machine, then use a sieve to sieve so that the bean paste will be fine enough
3. The sugar and oil content of the bean paste can be adjusted according to personal preference, but the sugar content cannot be reduced too much
4. For the amount I use, the time for frying with a bread machine is about 1 hour and 40 minutes. This depends on the status, and the time is for reference only
