Black Bean Soup with Chicken Feet
1.
Soak the black beans for about an hour in advance
2.
Wash the chicken feet and cut off your fingertips with scissors
3.
I don't like the way of eating too big, so I chop the chicken feet into two pieces. You don’t need to deal with it if you like the whole.
4.
Boil water in a pot, blanch the chicken feet to remove the fishy smell
5.
Fill the saucepan with water, and the freezing time is 1.5 to 2 hours.
6.
Put the soaked black beans and chicken feet into the saucepan. Don't cook in a pressure cooker, otherwise the chicken feet will be rotten
7.
After the water in the pot is boiled, add a little lean meat. The lean meat can remove the fishy smell of chicken feet and can also improve the freshness.
8.
After the stewed soup, skim the surface layer of foam, add a little salt at the end to cook.
Tips:
This soup does not need to add any auxiliary materials, keeping the original flavor.
