Black Bun

Prepare flour and add appropriate amount of sugar (if you like sweet buns, you can add more)

Soak the yeast powder in warm water and make the sesame paste

Add the yeast and sesame paste to the flour, add some warm water, and stir until it becomes flocculent (the flour is a little wet here, and the flour is added at the back)

Knead into a smooth dough, proofing for about half an hour until the dough is twice as large

The dough is finished

Make a steamed bun, and let it be proofed for ten minutes a second time

Steam for about eight minutes in the pot, turn off the heat and simmer for another two minutes

Out of the pot, blooming, full of sesame fragrance, soft and delicious
