Black Chicken Soup

Remove the skin and wash off the bought black-bone chicken for later use

Put it into the stewing pot and add an appropriate amount of water.

Wash the accessories and get ready

Pour all the ingredients into the stewing pot, cover the lid and bring a little tea oil to a low heat and simmer for an hour. Just sprinkle a little salt and pepper to taste.
Tips:
I removed the chicken skin so there is no oil in the soup, so I added a little tea oil to taste.
