Yam Black Chicken Soup

Prepare the black-bone chicken (wash it in advance and put it in the refrigerator.)

Prepare the ingredients, red dates, wolfberry, ginger, green onions, and yam.

First pass the black-bone chicken over the water.

Change the water again, bring the fire to a boil, and skim the excess oil.

Then add the prepared ingredients.

Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
