I haven't had black-bone chicken soup for a long time. Specially made today, make up for it.

Yam Black Chicken Soup

1. Prepare the black-bone chicken (wash it in advance and put it in the refrigerator.)

2. Prepare the ingredients, red dates, wolfberry, ginger, green onions, and yam.

3. First pass the black-bone chicken over the water.

4. Change the water again, bring the fire to a boil, and skim the excess oil.

5. Then add the prepared ingredients.

6. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 2 hours.
