Black Corn Sausage Pizza
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Melt the yeast with warm water, add salt, sugar, corn oil to the flour, and stir the water with chopsticks to form a floc.
3.
Knead the dough with your hands to form a smooth dough, put it on a damp cloth, and leave it in a warm place for fermentation.
4.
When the dough has risen to twice its size, dip your fingers in flour and gently make a hole in the noodles so that the dough does not shrink or collapse.
5.
Grease the pizza pan, use a rolling pin to roll the fermented dough into a base of the same size as the bottom of the pan, spread the crust in it, and use a fork to fork the small holes.
6.
Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of the pizza and sprinkle some pizza straw.
7.
Prepare the ingredients. Take off the black corn because it is cooked and does not need to be blanched. Cut the sausage into thin slices and the green pepper into small pieces.
8.
Sprinkle the ingredients evenly on the bottom of the pizza.
9.
Sprinkle a thin layer of shredded cheese, preheat the oven in advance, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
10.
Take out the pizza after 15 minutes and sprinkle an extra layer of shredded cheese.
11.
Continue to bake in the oven for another 10 minutes, until the pizza is satisfied with the color.
