Black-eyed Peanut Chicken Feet Soup

Wash the chicken feet and cut off the toenails.

Put the chicken feet into a pot with cold water and boil until the water boils to remove blood and scum.

Wash a handful of eyebrow beans and a handful of red peanuts.

Put the chicken feet, eyebrows, and peanuts in a casserole, add water to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat. It takes about 1 hour.
