Black-eyed Peas and Bitter Gourd Pork Ribs Soup

All kinds of ingredients are prepared.

Soak eyebrow beans in warm water until foamed.

Soak the ribs in bleeding water, boil the bleeding water in a pot with cold water.

Tips:
1: The eyebrow beans should be soaked and swollen, and start steaming with the ribs.
2: The ribs must be soaked in bleeding water and blanched.
3: Bitter gourd is easy to be cooked, and it is cooked later.
