Black Fungus Mixed with Oily Bean Curd
1.
Wash the black fungus and oily bean curd in cold water and cut them, blanch them in a pot under water, and remove them from the pot again.
2.
Control water. (Or too much soup!)
3.
Cut cucumber into strips and set aside.
4.
Shred the onion and set aside.
5.
Fried peanuts. (I like to heat the pan with cold oil. After the oil is hot, turn to the lowest heat. Pour in the dried peanuts. When there is no popping sound in the pan, the color is golden. Pour out of the pan into a clean dish with no water to make the peanuts cool and crisp!
6.
Sprinkle with salt, vinegar, and sesame oil! (You can also deep-fry a chili oil and add it! Sizzling! Even more delicious!)
