Black Fungus Pork Noodle

Main ingredients: noodles, black fungus, pork loin, carrots.

Shred the pork tenderloin.

Wash the black fungus with soaking hair. Shred the black fungus and carrots.

Cooking noodles: boil water in a pot, add the noodles and cook until there is no hard core.

Fried noodles: hot oil, stir-fry chopped green onion.

Add shredded pork and stir-fry to turn white.

Add black fungus and carrots and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little dark soy toning.

Season with a pinch of salt.

Add the cooked noodles.

Tips:
1. As fried noodles are the staple food, use less soy sauce and salt.
2. The noodles can be cooked without a hard core, so they should not be overcooked.
