Black Fungus Roasted Bamboo Shoots

1. Ingredients: Leisun (peeled, cleaned and cut), black fungus (soaked and cleaned)

2. Heat the oil in the pan, add the cut bamboo shoots and black fungus and stir fry.

3. Next, add some water to a boil.

4. Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

5. Add the right amount of sugar.

6. Add the right amount of salt.

7. Season to bring to a boil.

8. Finally, cook until the soup is almost dry. Serve.

9. Take out the pan and serve.
