Black Le Casserole Roasted Chestnut

After the chestnut is cleaned, the moisture is controlled.

Use scissors to make a cut in the chestnut head.
3.
Coat the chestnuts with cooking oil.
4.
Mix white granulated sugar and water to form sugar water.
5.
Cover the bottom of the casserole with tin foil.
6.
Spread the oiled chestnuts evenly in the casserole.
7.
Cover the pot and bake for 10 minutes on high heat.
8.
Dip a brush with sugar water and brush evenly on top of the chestnut, and bake it for about 10 minutes.

Sweet and soft chestnuts are out of the pot
Tips:
Roast chestnuts in a casserole. The ordinary casserole cannot be used. You can only roast them in a black casserole that is dry and cold. Turn the chestnut over during roasting.
