1.
Wash the purple sweet potato and control the moisture.
2.
Put a steaming rack in the middle of the casserole.
3.
Spread 3 overlapping pieces of tin foil on the pot and stick it tightly to the inner wall of the casserole. Be sure to extend the tin foil to the outside of the pot so that water or sugar will not drip into the pot (the extra part at the top wraps the edge of the pot) .
4.
Put the purple sweet potato in the pot.
5.
Cover, open high heat for 15 minutes.
6.
Switch to the lowest heat and turn the purple sweet potato over.
7.
Bake on high heat for another 15 minutes.
8.
After turning off the heat, without opening the lid, continue to use the residual heat of the casserole to simmer for another 10 minutes. Then use the chopsticks to insert the purple sweet potato, indicating that the purple sweet potato has been roasted.
9.
It is sweet and delicious when baked! Look at this purple sweet potato still flowing out of "sugar oil", so moisturizing! The child rushed to eat.
10.
The casserole is still in good condition and very clean.
Tips:
1. Use chopsticks to insert the purple sweet potato, indicating that the purple sweet potato has been roasted.
2. It is best to eat sweet potatoes at noon. Calcium can be fully absorbed before dinner and will not affect the absorption of calcium in other foods during dinner.
3. After washing the black casserole, place it in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible. It is best to keep it in the sun frequently, which can greatly extend its service life. It cannot be placed in a sealed cabinet, otherwise it will mold and even affect the service life of the casserole.
