Black Le Casserole Roasted Toothpick Meat
1.
A piece of pork plum meat. The plum meat is tender. It is most suitable for roasting. Tenderloin is really not available. Fore thigh meat can be used. You cannot use Lao Chai's lean meat and hind leg meat. It is too old.
2.
After cleaning, wipe off the moisture with a kitchen paper towel and cut into small squares as shown in the figure.
3.
Pour in the chopped ginger and honey barbecue marinade.
4.
Grab well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate for 3 or 4 hours to taste.
5.
Take out a new black music casserole. Don’t wash it with water. Don’t just wipe it with a clean dry paper towel. Spread two layers of tin foil on the bottom to prevent the dripping oil from the barbecue from staining the casserole.
6.
Put in a low-footed tripod
7.
Put a piece of tin foil on the tripod and fold it around like the edge of a plate to prevent the moisture from the barbecue from dripping into the casserole
8.
Put the marinated meat pieces on a string with a toothpick, brush them with a layer of oil, and evenly place them in the tin foil tray on the grill
9.
Cover the lid and cook on high heat for 25 minutes. Open the lid halfway and turn the meat over, brush the oil once, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and then cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
10.
Turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before opening the lid. The fragrant barbecue can be eaten with a long aftertaste and full of aroma.

Tips:
When grilling, do not cover the pot too tightly. Leave a slight gap to facilitate the discharge of water vapor, and the roasted meat will be more delicious.
