Barbecued Pork

Add 2 tablespoons of honey to 1/2 teaspoon of water and mix well

Shred the onion, pat the garlic cloves loosely

Take 2 pieces of fermented bean curd and 2 tablespoons of fermented bean curd juice

Crush the fermented bean curd with a spoon

Put light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white wine, sugar, salt, pepper powder and sesame oil together

Then put the onion, garlic cloves and fermented bean curd juice in, mix well and let stand for a quarter

Wash and cut the plum meat, use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture

Use a toothpick to make some small holes in the meat, then cut a few holes on the surface of the meat, don’t cut it

Dip the meat in the sauce and put it in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours
