Then finely chop the shallots and green onion leaves, cut the dried chili into sections, remove the chili seeds inside, smash the garlic, peel and chop finely, prepare the peppercorns

Tips:
If you don’t eat too spicy, you can remove all the seeds from the dried chili like me.
