Black Pepper Beef Pasta
1.
The beef I bought today is slightly fatter, and the meat sauce is more fragrant. Chop the stuffing by hand, but don’t chop too much, just small grains.
2.
Add black pepper steak sauce powder and rice wine
3.
Grab and mix evenly and marinate for 15 minutes
4.
After the pan is heated, put the oil, add the marinated meat under the cold oil in the hot pan and stir fry quickly until the color changes. Don’t need to fry the meat at this time, otherwise it will be old and discolored after reheating.
5.
After the beef is served, add onion diced and saute until fragrant
6.
Peel and dice tomatoes into the pot
7.
Stir-fry and add pepper, sugar, and salt to taste
8.
Cook until the tomatoes are soft and rotten, then add the tomato sauce
9.
Just cook for a while
10.
Put an appropriate amount of salt in the boiling water, blanch the broccoli for later use
11.
While frying the tomato sauce, set up a separate pot to cook the pasta. Put a little salt in the pot, the noodles will cook better
12.
Cook for about 10 minutes, and the noodles will be soft.
13.
When the noodles are cooked, the tomato sauce is also cooked, put the fried beef into the tomato sauce
14.
Stir fry evenly
15.
Add the cooked pasta
16.
Continue to cook for another two minutes to let the pasta taste delicious. The light in the kitchen is not good, the pictures taken are a little bit color cast and the colors are distorted
17.
After the noodles are cooked, surround them with blanched broccoli. Serve the noodles in the middle and enjoy them.
Tips:
Stir-fried beef will be served when it changes color, and finally put it in the fried tomato sauce. Don't put it in the first place, otherwise the beef will get old.
