Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin
1.
Cut the beef into thin slices and tap lightly on both sides with the back of a knife.
2.
Mix well with pepper, red wine, oyster sauce, chicken powder, and soy sauce. Finally, put down the sesame oil and pat a few times and put it in the ice kitchen overnight.
3.
Heat the oil for 6,7 minutes, put the beef down and turn to low heat for a little fry. Turn to the other side and fry again, repeat 2 or 3 times.
4.
Fry the steak and soak up the oil with absorbent paper.
5.
Use sugar, soy sauce, and crushed black pepper. The red wine is made into juice.
6.
Bring the sauce to a boil, boil it with a little bit of water until it thickens, and pour it on the steak.
7.
Drizzle the steak with the sauce, and add a little bit of sweet and sour cucumber robu.
8.
It's really mouth-watering!
9.
Started, the little boy solved it all at once.
10.
I drop the delicious black pepper steak.
