Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Pasta
1.
Cut beef into strips, pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, black pepper, and marinate for over 20 minutes
2.
Boil the water into the pasta and add some salt. I cooked it for more than 10 minutes. Because the child wants to eat it, it will be softer. If it is harder, it can be cooked for 8 or 9 minutes
3.
When cooking the noodles, shred the green peppers and onions.
4.
After the noodles are cooked, remove them for use
5.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, then pour the beef and stir fry
6.
When the beef is half-cooked, add the green chilies and onions, stir fry quickly, then pour in an appropriate amount of black pepper sauce, and sprinkle some black pepper noodles on the plate.
Tips:
Be sure to put green peppers and onions when the beef is half-cooked, otherwise the beef will get old. If you use beef tenderloin, it will be more tender and more delicious.
