Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Pasta

Cut the beef into long strips and marinate with cornstarch, salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine for about ten minutes.

Cut the onion into strips and set aside

Cook the pasta until there are no white hearts.

Take out the cooked pasta and rinse with cold water to control the water for later use.

Put oil in the wok, pour the marinated beef tenderloin, and quickly cut it open with a spatula. The beef tenderloin is very well cooked, so it should not take too long to fry. After changing the color, stir fry a few times and it will be out of the pot.
