Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin Pasta
1.
Prepare the ingredients to be used. Shred the onion. If you don’t have butter, you can use olive oil or salad oil. There are many choices in the import section of the black pepper sauce supermarket. The flavor of the rosacea I use is a little bit heavier. If you have beef, I personally will It is recommended to choose a slightly better quality, good beef basically does not require post-processing
2.
After the water is boiled, add the pasta, add less than salt and olive oil and cook for about 8 minutes (do not cook too badly)
3.
After the pasta is cooked, quickly put it in cold water and let it dry for later use
4.
Heat in a pan, add butter, melted, add onions and stir-fry slightly
5.
Add the beef tenderloin and stir fry after the onion aroma comes out
6.
Cook the spare pasta before adding it
7.
Finally, add black pepper sauce and stir fry (Because the Rosas black pepper sauce is too salty, I personally don’t add other seasonings)
8.
When the pasta is out of the pan, it is quickly fried with sun eggs and Taiwanese sausages.
